I just found these pictures that I had taken on Canada Day this year. We went to a friend's house for dinner and I couldn't help but snap a few pictures of their fury friends.

More shots of Mickey
My niece came to stay with us for a few days and she loves loves loves to have her picture taken. I just came home from using a friends (NICE) camera, so when we decided to go for a walk and take some pictures .... I was totally unprepared to have to relearn how to use my old camera ... that said, we were able to get a few shots. I love taking pictures of my beautiful niece!!!

2009 Family Reunion
Every year we gather at my Grandparents house for a good old fashioned family reunion. We all camp out in the yard and have fireworks at night. It's always a blast! This year it was paired up with my Aunt's wedding so my camera was flashing all over the place. I didn't get as many photos of family as I usually do, but I did get a few ... here are some favourites:)

The reunion started off with birtday parties: My cousin's and Grandpas. I couldn't resist snapping a few pictures of my cousin ... she's such a little darling (and I love her eyes)!!!

Maddison even decided that playing 'stranger' wasn't going to work that weekend ... so Great Grandma was finally able to hold her .
And there was bubble chasing, hullahooping, and even a play (hosted by our lovely Hannah) ... Gabbi had a wonderful time chasing the bubbles around the yard:)

Granddad even decided to bring out the planes and took some for a fly ... in the sunset (my favourite time of day) :)

Rachel & Richard - Wedding Teasers (July 4th, 2009)
I had my first chance at shooting a wedding and I'm excited to say that it was for my beautiful Aunt, Rachel. It was a very relaxed and casual wedding, which helped make the experience awesome. It was also paired with our annual family reunion (I'll post pictures soon), so it was crazy trying to get pictures and friendly hellos in. Rachel and Richard were awesome sports and didn't mind that we got rained out and crazy weather was coming in fast. Although we didn't get all the shots we were wanting, we got some awesome pictures ... here are some of my favourites!!!!
