Backyard BBQ

This evening we had a simple BBQ dinner with our neighbors so I decided to take out the Nikon camera I borrowed for an upcoming wedding and get some practicing in. In preparation, I've started shooting in RAW ... a new experience for me, but I'm really starting to like it:)

After the BBQ it was time for our daughter to go to bed... but not without her bubble bath, which I made in the kitchen sink so I could watch my husband play hide and seek with the kids!

Thank you ... I actually borrowed a friend's camera and these photos were taken while I was practicing. It was an AF-S NIKKOR 18-135mm lens...I believe she bought the camera and lens as a package deal :)
